“Lovely old property with a rustic style with original floor tiles and high ceilings. The garden and pool were especially loved and well used during the very hot week that we stayed. The garden had lots of different areas to sit. We tended to follow the shade! Luca was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries or requests. He also gave us ideas of places to go. We all enjoyed it when he popped around, despite none of us being able to speak Italian, we made do with a mixture of……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - alles ist in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Betten waren super. Bäckerei / Metzgerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool ist wunderbar sauber und lädt direkt dazu ein , eine Abkühlung zu nehmen. Lediglich die Betreuung bei der Schlüsselübergabe war etwas verplant. Das war schade , denn nach dem Anreisen möchte man doch zügig in die Unterkunft. Der Abreisevorgang konnten wir ohne persönlichen Kontakt dafür sehr flexibel gestalten und konnten……

“Sehr schönes Haus, alles sauber, toller Garten und sehr nette Vermieter. Genug Platz für 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand mit Privatzufahrt, dort ist man ungestört. Man ist aber auch schnell im Stadtzentrum.”

“If you cater to the American market and say you have AC, it needs to be top-notch. I’m a delicate flower when it comes to heat and the front bedroom with the balcony is lacking a unit that actually cools properly. The couch and love seat in the living room needs a serious update, preferably something that will support the weight of a human when the lean on the arm wrest. While a great location and beautiful property, I would not stay here again. Too many do/don’t for my own sanity when……

“La casa ha delle ottime potenzialità, è grande, dotata di un bel giardino e davvero funzionale. Ha una cucina enorme e con tanto di lavastoviglie e 3 camere dal letto. L’aria condizionata nelle stanze ed una manutenzione un po’ più attenta renderebbero il soggiorno davvero perfetto.”

“Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Kleinkindern war sehr schön. Leider waren wir im Mai und den Strand Shuttle gibt es erst ab Juni. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Es war eigentlich alles vorhanden. Nervig waren nur die Mücken aber mit der Klima war das auch kein Problem. Der Weg zum Strand war mit etwa 25 bis 30 Minuten für die Kids arg weit aber machbar. Der Weg durch den Wald fanden wir sehr schön und im Hochsommer bestimmt gut wegen dem vielen Schatten. Die Pizzeria direkt auf dem Campingplatz……
