The owner double booked our room and had another customer try to enter our room after midnight with a key(thankfully had the other lock on) Then near 1am the owner came asking for our reservation. After finding it she said "you may stay" and left. No apologies or anything. Absolutely unacceptable! On the plus side the apartment was very nice and clean just needs new management.

Ogólnie OK
Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Proces zameldowania OK. Lokalizacja super. Apartament bardzo wygodny. Kuchnia owszem była jednak mało wygodna; płyta indukcyjna 2 miejscowa. Brakowało głębokich dużych talerzy. Była tylko jedna wielka patelnia. Garnki nie przystosowane do indukcji. Gdy używaliśmy patelni, duży garnek już się na kuchni nie mieścił. Nie było czajnika elektrycznego. Wodę na herbatę i kawę trzeba było gotować też w garnku. To bez sensu! Niestety mieszkanie nie było dobrze posprzątane. Relacja jakości do ceny OK. Jeśli będziecie jadać raczej na mieście to zdecydowanie polecam! Warto jeszcze zwrócić uwagę na jeden fakt. Na stronie hotels.com w opisie obiektu kwota "tasso di soggiorno" jest 2,50 euro za noc od osoby. Jednak po zarezerwowaniu obiektu właściciel informuje mailem, że kwota ta wynosi 4 euro za noc od osoby. To trochę nie uczciwe.
