"We absolutely loved staying at the condo! It was right on the beach, so it was super easy to run down and go for a quick swim. Additionally, falling asleep and waking up to the lull of the waves made the property so tranquil! It was also within walking distance of tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a couple of pharmacies! Old San Juan was only about 10 min by car. "The host is very easy to communicate with. I was having some problems finding the key upon my arrival. The host was very patient to direct me to right place to get the key. The only 2 issues with the property are: the flush doesn't work very well; the shower water is not hot enough. She is also informed and said would have someone came over to fix."

"Luis and the team were great! They checked in to be sure we had all that we needed to access the property. Parking was very convenient as well. The place was clean and welcoming for our kids and us. The best part was a spectacular fireworks show right outside our window for New Years. I've never had front row seats to fireworks, up that high. It was amazing. The team was very responsive to any requests we had or questions. We will definitely be back!"
