The cleaning staff were great. Breakfast buffet at $15.00 per person was cold and if you wanted coffee or tea you had to go to the lobby or pay extra. First restaurant I’ve been to that didn’t have milk to drink or for coffee. The noise during the week was an old squeaky building but then Friday night came and the walls and windows rattled from the noise from the bar beside. Even the bed vibrated. There answer to this was to hand out earplugs. Instead of upgrading the windows which would help immensely. Checking in I had to do it twice because the first person didn’t get it right. I’m being generous with the one star

Dont stay here on weekends if you enjoy sleeping. The building is shared by a nightclub that plays loud bass pounding music until 2:30 on friday and saturday nights. Other than that, the room and subsequent breakfast met my expectations

The most uncomfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. Also, the walls are really thin, and we were right beside the door to the stairwell, which rattled the room and was super loud every time it opened or closed. We didn’t sleep at all from the two nights you were there. It was certainly one of the worst hotels experiences we have ever had. And was exuberantly expensive. Even in Vancouver.
