One elevator for parking garage to lobby, different one for lobby to rooms. No stairs available for use (except in emergency), which was annoying when going up/down one floor. "Views are spectacular! After a very long day of traveling, we were greeted with stellar service from staff. The room was very very clean. The bed was so comfortable with premium bedding. We stayed the night before our cruise."

"Over all it was a good convinced place for our stay. It was a shame though that after getting a fire alarm at 2am and having to go to the lobby the guests weren’t offered any compensation such as breakfast. I understand it was out of their control but it would’ve been a nice gesture. "
