“We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.”

“This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.”

“My party consisted of three generations. We had room to spread out and all were comfortable. The property is exactly as described on the VRBO site. The host thought of everything and there is nothing that you will need to bring on this trip. I would definitely book this location again.”

“The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney .”

“The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, roomy kitchen and living space. Unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of lovely outdoor space.”

“Wonderful location! The neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed evening walks, the home inside was very clean, yard needed a little sprucing up. We spent 2 days at universal studios which was 15 minutes away. My kids ended both days there early so they could come back to the rental to swim. The game room was fun! We had a Lincoln logs building contest and played a lot of foosball. We would definitely rent this place again”

“Very nice home . We enjoyed it slept very comfortably. Sad we weren’t able to enjoy the pool since it was raining but the house is very equipped and comfortable.”

“View is gorgeous It’s definitely a hike up there and rough roads but they tell you that ahead of time so we were prepared. I do wish it was a little more updated in the rooms. It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. But we had a comfortable and pleasant stay otherwise. The view is wonderful”

“House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place”

“I think this place was a great value for the money. It’s not luxury living, but at only double digits per night (they don’t let you post prices in reviews), it is far cheaper than what you’d pay for even the crappiest hotel in the area. Everything was clean enough and well thought out. There was even a couple of thoughtfully provided water bottles along with some coffee, tea bags and condiments and a little fridge. Doing yoga there was not exactly a pleasant experience because with your face……
