BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.”

“Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. ”

“Perfect ligging om te skiën 10/10 Service is ondermaats - we ontbreken een glimlach en vriendelijkheid - ontbijt pas van 08,00u (vroeger kan je niet binnen) - in de bar zit niemand - ondanks leuk ingericht - en er is niet altijd iemand aanwezig - skimateriaal / skilaarzen niet verwarmd met als gevolg dat deze de dag erna nog steeds nat zijn - wanneer iets te vroeg terug in het hotel merk je dat de verwarming af staat in de kamers en het warm water pas vanaf een bepaald uur terug beschikbaar is....
