"We had a lovely meal in one of the 2 restaurants. Our room was on the top floor and was very quiet. There wasn't much room on the left side of bed -- very close to the wall -- I had to scoot toward the foot of the bed in order to clear the small nightstand. The VIP benefit (discount on food/drink) was not properly applied to our bill despite our following the letter given to us at check-in. The clerk at the desk on the morning we checked out said he would take care of the credit and email me a...

"The rooms were comfortable and the pool was a nice plus. So close to shopping and restaurants not far from the center of glens falls so we could watch the Adirondack thunder hockey team play!"
"Excellent location. Good price for the room, but a decent amount of noise from the room above until midnight and from the main hall in the am. Friendly staff. Loved the coffee bar, but the latte option was awful."

"We love Seneca in Niagra Falls NY. This is the first time I think we had an issue. And here's my issue, the money we spend in casinos is outrageous for us. We don't go to win, we go for the entertainment. It is nice when you win but for us it's strictly entertainment. I was shocked to see in our room were two bottles of water, you would think for the money you're paying for the room and the money that you would probably lose at the Casino they could give you a bottle of water. There was a $2 charge for each bottle of water. The second is I went into a lady's restroom and this is out where the restaurant area was by the Bear Claw (awesome place to eat by the way. ) further down. I have never ever been in a casino bathroom where it has been as filthy as it was that day. Toilets weren't flushed I'm sure no fault of the casino. Paper towels everywhere. I didn't even use the restroom that's how bad I felt it was. Other than that we had a fantastic time, we love going there we love to visit the Falls walk around it's a nice convenient area. I thank you for the hospitality, your staff is always wonderful, check in and check out is easy."

"The beds were comfy & the room & bathroom were clean. I’m not thrilled that as a paying customer, you also have to pay to park your car overnight. $10 & I had prepaid. I just find it to be a ridiculous junk fee. It’s literally the hotels parking lot. Not a parking garage in a big city. I wish there was a microwave if not in our room then at least down by the ice machine. The only microwave I was made aware of is in the main lobby. Aside from that, the property is well kept & the Niagara River flows right outside the huge spacious pool area. The pool area features a ping pong table, Cornhole boards, a river facing seating area. "There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel offers a small continental breakfast (cereal, toast, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, fresh apples, juice, hot tea, etc.), Coffee is available all day and night. Very responsive front desk staff. You will need to drive a bit to reach decent restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."
