"The hotel was pretty nice and in a good spot for getting to and from different locations around the more tourist-focused locations of New York City. Very convenient bus and subway stops were right outside the hotel. The areas directly outside of the hotel were a little dirty and there was a bit of construction work going on the streets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. We also appreciated the security they had making sure only hotel guests could enter the elevators...

One suprise was teh hotel's $30 destination fee, and the hotel providing us with a $30 credit to be used for food in the hotel. My family didn't realize that the credit had to be used that night, so we appreciated that the hotel was gracious and allowed the credit to be used for hotel food the following morning. My family would stay here again."
