"Small place, very clean, quiet, and affordable. Also very convenient to all of Rome - right on the metro line - without being in a touristy area. Proprietors kind and helpful. Only down side is hard bed and pillows. Also, there is an elevator, but you will still need to carry bags up and down a few steps. Would stay again."

Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare...

"Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours. "
