Andres, Giri, Sofia and another guy on the morning to evening shift, amazing individuals. They helped us so much. The staffs upstairs at the pool were incredible. They are all so kind, so nice and very accommodating. I could really go on and on about the staff. The staffs that cleaned my room. Organized it so well, I called my mom and told her 😂. Lots of love for that place

I enjoyed my stay! The staff was friendly, the property was clean, and close to a lot of tourist attractions. The parking garage was supervised. The food was great!

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Food at the hotel is pricey but delicious and comparable to surrounding restaurants. Walkable distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping boutiques. Room is quite small, perfect if you are travelling alone.

Location was perfect to explore Pueblo efficiently. Stores and shop were walkable, easy to get cabs to the beach. Bike rentals were close by and the hotel provided bikes. Rooftop was beautiful.

The property is nice. However, the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pool area is nice. Customer service was good. You can bike to the downtown area, but you will need a taxi for the beaches.

This hotel is modern, and well maintained. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are nicely furnished, however the washrooms offer little privacy. The 10usd credit per day that you are given can only be used on the rooftop pool bar.

Excellent Service
Excellent service at Motto Tulum. Lots of amenities and things to do nearby. Free parking and there are rentals for bikes and scooters, Pool is beautiful and great poolside service and poolside restaurants. This place is designed really nicely. Rooms are small but meant to tap into a simplistic hotel stay and encourage you to go out and explore. Also very very impeccable cleaning.

Highly recommended
The hotel was perfectly positioned to get to the beach quickly on a scooter (which could be rented down the block), walk to amazing taco stands and the rooftop pool/restaurant & gym were first class. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Friendly staff that all spoke good English too… which is kind of rare in Tulum.

Is vey nice , rooms are basic and small, but clean and modern . You need to buy your own water , no microwave, neither coffe machine , you need to pay extra tax at your arrivals

This hotel is very clean, it smells like a spa the minute you walk in. The staff is welcoming and informative. They give you information and will help you with anything you need. The pool area is very nice. The only thing I would say is a con is the rooms are small and there are only two restaurants, however there is plenty of dining options within walking distance.special thanks to Leo, and Clara!

Fair stay for the value
Clean and comfortable hotel in Aldea Zama Commertial zone. Nice location close to restaurants. room and shower was clean, room was large and nice. It was a comfortable stay overall, only a few improvements could be done, better service with friendly staff( they didnt provide us additional simple trash bag), better towels( they were hard and looked old), and breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel stay overall was decent but the beds were extremely hard. It was uncomfortable to sleep. The front desk reps were very nice. The waitress Deby at the roof top bar had excellent service also. Overall my experience was a 7/10.

The hotel was really nice! All the amenities were well kept like the pool & gym! The lobby smelled heavenly when entering! The room was also in great condition. I wish there was a little more space in the room but it’s exactly what’s pictured so wasn’t surprised at all. The area outside the hotels (the main road seems to have a lot of construction so not best area to walk around but it was convenient location to grab a cab to go to city center or beach area)

This was a really nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean rooms great AC okay water pressure and comfortable bed. The front desk staff were great even let us tour the rooms before we booked and the welcome drunk was delicious. The one downside is all of the towels had at least one brown stain on them. I have no idea what that is about but it almost became a joke to look to see where the brown stain would be in your towel. Other cons: no water bottles or cups/coffee in the room, the waitstaff for the rooftop is rude and they pressure you to spend more money.

I recently stayed at Motto by Hilton in Tulum, and I was blown away by the beautiful boho decor throughout the hotel. The staff were amazing, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Tulum.

The property was beautiful the room are meant for one person other than that everything else make up for it. The rooftop is a must the view are wonderful. Me and my boyfriend had a great time would definitely come back. It was walking distance for in town to get the local food and clubs.

I think they should allow for customers to bring their own food and drinks out at the pool. Not liquor bottles or anything but to say I couldn’t eat my food out there or sit in the seating area is mind blowing. Knowing we have nowhere else to sit to eat. And no I wouldn’t want to eat in the room because the room is so small and confined. Outside of that the staff were nice and friendly. The food was good, always hot and fresh. I wish the hotel had some type of area for guest to play games or something during the rainy days/times (pool table, video games, card tables, etc..)

Other than the small cramped rooms the hotel was amazing. Very modern and clean and the staff was great. The rooftop is the best part. The rooms don’t have balconies or much space at all. I shared a room with my girlfriend and we felt very cramped. If you don’t care about that it’s perfect.
