The staff and the actual room was very nice. It is important to know that the resorts beach area is separated by a rope from the public beach. On the weekend it is packed with lots of locals who are playing different music and partying. The Seaweed was a huge issue ( which I know can’t be helped) could be raked to make the beach more enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Scooter rental right across the street. Super quiet. Overall great place!

This was my first trip to my Mexico so I wasn’t sure what to expect — La Conchita Hotel did not disappoint!! From the time we arrived, we were treated with the utmost in hospitality. There is NOTHING about the description that isn’t as described—it is literally steps from the beach. Our villa was huge, with beautiful views of the ocean from our upper deck. I personally appreciated the rustic-style architecture and decor. It’s been a week since i checked out and I’m still missing the cool ocean breeze and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The area felt completely safe, as me and my kids took many walks in the evenings. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly—especially the young man at the front office (can’t remember his name but I believe it’s Amanjuèl) If I could rate this place 10 stars I would.

I wish I had spend more time at this place. The sound of the ocean is so relaxing and peaceful. There's nothing fancy or extravagant about the place, but it has everything you could need at the beach, the rustic look and simplicity of it is what made it special for me. I really hope to be back.

Absolutely spectacular. Rooms were spacious and clean. Quiet, Fantastic view, right on the beach front. Beautiful white sandy beach. Restaurants easily accessible. Staff are great! Highly suggest this hidden gem.

Loved Tulum and my room was amazing!!! It was very clean, right on the beach!! Very cozy, no frills, no hazel. I only wish I could open the windows to allow the sound of the waves in at night. I really did miss that.

The property is gorgeous but not conveniently located. You have to rent a taxi, bike, or scooter to get around Tulum. Lots of restaurants nearby but very expensive.

Just an amazing place. Stayed twice. Feb 14th to 18th 2024 and March 1st to March 3rd. And love it. Can’t wait to go back in April. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are better than pics. Just an amazing experience overall.

This small hotel was absolutely perfect for us. More quiet than our friends place down the street in that there isn't a bar attached. However, there is a beach right out front, and a fantastic coffee shop (called POTHEADS) across the road. We like chill, low key vacations, which was what we had here. The staff were kind and patient with us when he needed help with a couple of things. We will definitely go back.

Love this place!
Talk about a hidden gem! So quiet and peaceful, I loved that all I could hear at night was the ocean waves. Nice staff and very clean, such a unique hotel right on a beautiful beach. Great view in the morning of the sunrise, I will be coming back for sure!

Room was stunning, beach towels and chairs included were a nice touch considering these aren't w given any more! The beach area felt super private and the staff were really accommodating. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room (with pods provided each day). Loved it!

Hotel is located in great area: very quiet in the evening and buzzling during the day and night. Rooms have all the necessities you need and overlooking the ocean. Great relaxing experience!

Pro: Große, saubere Zimmer, direkte Strandlage, sauber gepflegt Anlage, Liegen und Schirme am Strand, ruhie Lage(waren unter der Woche dort), ausreichendes WiFi, Safe, Klimaanlage und Ventilator im Zimmer Contra: keine Parkmöglichkeiten (direkt gegenüber für 200mxn pro Tag), keine Essensmöglichkeiten direkt im Hotel - aber das ergibt sich ja auch alles aus der Beschreibung des Hotels

at night the administration should leave an emergency number . nobody was available at 6 o clock in the morning.mysafe box was not working and it was urgent for me to have my passport that was in the safe box.
