“This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. ”

“Booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday trip and it was amazing. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures it was extremely clean and very quiet perfect for couples needing a calm and relaxing vacation. It’s not on the main road so you’ll need transportation if you choose not to rent a car but everything is about 15-20mins away. Breakfast was good and is complimentary. The only down side to this was its not an all inclusive you have the option to use the temporary credit they hold to pay……

“This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. ”

“Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos.……

“Very pretty cosy . I would go back again for sure we stayed one knight and was supper good. My kids had a blast pool small but they still enjoyed it. ”

“Our stay was phenomenal. The location was perfect, about 8 minutes away from town driving. There’s a few small places that are walking distance as well for food and drinks. The service was great, the location was well. Our hosts were very responsive. We did have a small issue with the water being out our first night. We got back in around 2 and the water was out, maintenance agreed to come fix it first thing in the morning but luckily it cut back on by the next morning around 830 by itself.……
