This newly remodeled owners guesthouse is a clean two bedroom cozy cottage with new kitchen and bath on South Lake Leelanau. Offers a large lakeside yard with fire pit. Very private and quiet at the end of a private road, one-quarter mile off the county road. Conveniently located close to vineyards, farm markets, hiking, Lake Michigan beaches, shopping, dining, bike trails, The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the towns of Cedar, Suttons Bay, Northport, Leland, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. This house is in the center of all the county activities and is on one of the counties most beautiful lakes. Includes a mooring for anyone wanting to bring their own boat or rent a boat, launch ramp close by.

Weekend getaway
Lovely cottage right on Lake Leelenau. Very clean. All amentities listed. Perfect dock to sit on, read and watch the waves. Too cold to swim but we did last year and enjoyed it. Great owners and we hope to visit again.

The Cottage was the perfect place to rest after a long day of wine and beer tastings around the Leelanau Peninsula! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage was cozy with great views of the lake!

Clean, cute cottage right on the water. For it being an older cottage it was spotless and such comfy furniture. The beds were the best! We cooked most of the meals there and I had all I needed for dishes and pots and pans.

Well appointed classic cottage with comfortable beds and nice, new appliances. Wifi and a/c unit worked great, lots of fans and linens provided. Gas grill was super clean and picnic table sturdy but light enough to slide around the yard during the day. The yard and flower beds are beautiful and so nicely manicured. Plenty of parking for a boat and the waterfront is gorgeous! Nice fire pit and dock with a shallow sandy bottomed lake! Proximity to local towns, shopping, dining and other lakes is perfect!

This was our second year staying here and we had an enjoyable time. We love the owners. Just a couple things. The blinds in both bedrooms could be replaced. They don’t close properly. The other is to leave detailed directions in the book on how to operate the remote for heating/cooling. Not everyone would think to slide the remote open to locate buttons for operating.

Situated on the west bank of Lake Leelanau, "Drag On In" offered a restful stay. Easily visit Traverse City, Sutton's Bay, Cedar, Leland, and Northport. Gracious hosts and a cozy vacation home make for an excellent visit.

Lovely cottage
The cottage has beautiful “up north” character. Gorgeous lake views and gardens. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Lake side porch area is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine. Our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the dock and swimming area. We will definitely return.

Restful Retreat
Cute original summer lake cottage with updated kitchen and bathroom. Rooms were tiny but fit our little family. The sun porch was perfect for morning coffee while looking out on the lake. The heating and cooling unit was perfect for keeping us warm at night. Location was ideal and an easy drive to all the local attractions. It was a little odd to be walking through the owner’s property to get to the cottage but instructions with pictures were helpful. Parking in the grass during the rainy days was less than ideal and we were worried we would ruin their yard but luckily it only rained one day while we were there

End of summer get away
Beautiful little waterfront cottage with lovely yard and flowers. Very clean! There was only 2 of us, but you could do 2 couples or 2 kids. There is also a roll out sofa. Lake is large and beautiful! You can dock in both Lake Lelanau or Leland to go to wineries, eat or shop. We rented a pontoon and cruised the lake. Drove to Glen Arbor, Empire Bluff for sunset and had campfire for moonlight over the lake. After labor day weather great. We didn't use the AC, cool breeze at night and we opened windows. There are fans too. Owner next door was very helpful. You are close to other homes, yet it seemed private. Well stocked. We will rent this again! Truly enjoyed!

Great Stay Up North
Our time spent up north was perfect. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. The location is perfect being not more than 30 minutes from many great adventures whether you love visiting Traverse City, wine tasting or hiking/biking. They are all just a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!
