"House was clean, owner is very nice! Location is perfect. Like 15 mins from downtown traverse city. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance of the house (peegios). House actually looks nicer in person than it does in the photos. Listing could use some updated pic’s because they really don’t do it justice."

Breakfast was dropped off at door in morning I think it was a great idea however micro wave in room did not work so we could not heat up are breakfast so we left before they sent someone to fix it. but beside that issue it is avery nice place to stay "

"Upon arrival, and AFTER check-in, we were informed that that the ski facilities and onsite restaurant would be closed during our stay. Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available."
