“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. “Convenient to a lot of areas, you could walk to the grocery store. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchenette was well stocked with pans, crockery and everything that was needed. Microwave, iron and ironing board. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……

“洗手的池子小了點!但是他們有空房讓我們提早入住，並且洗晒衣服，真是方便。離超市近，還和他們借碗，雖然老闆娘，臉小臭。附近的超市很大，可以去補貨。老闆娘有告訴我們溫泉，很值得。附近加油站附近還有觀光的訊問中心，也可以去問情報。另外別忘了Nitmiluk峽谷坐船行，也很值得。”
