The property was located 10 mins walk to metro stations. Airport limousine, Sensoji shrine were just 10 minute walks. This rental home is in the street where lot of knife and Kitchenware shops are located. My wife liked the property especially for the shopping area 😀 Clean and spacious for the family of 3 people.

Very nice and clean place. It’s a bit far from the Tokyo metro stations but it’s still walkable. We had three kids under the age of 10 and walked to/from the stations.

It’s a nice property however I’m allergic to dustmites and the air filters in the purifier and mini split air conditioner were both absolutely filthy. The entire time my nose was running and I was sneezing. I don’t think I should need to specify clean air in my booking specifications. Location was fine. Check in was dumb.

We spend 4 nights in this place and feel comfortable with it. It is not far from Ueno Station. It takes only 10 minute walk from Iriya Station and seems to be a safe and quiet place to live during the vacation. The room was bigger than we expected, everything was ready and clean (-:

Wasn't made clear at booking that this is an *unstaffed* location, meaning they cannot offer amenities like luggage shipping and receiving, calling taxis, or suggesting local activities. All interaction with staff is done through remote video calling, email, or text. They also do not have smaller amenities typically offered at other hotels, like slippers, free water, and pajamas. They only offer free cleaning after 6 nights, which means you have to request fresh towels and arrange for them to take your trash out on your own. The kitchen in our room wasn't cleaned properly, with grease stains on the walls and dirty dishes that I had to clean before we could use.

I like that it was walkable to Sensoji-temple and nearby shopping but the distance to the nearest station is quite far. Not good for elders but good for young adults.

The property was very comfortable for our family with 3 small children. Rooms were warm, spacious and comfortable. Cooking utensils and cutlery was sufficient. It is a cloud based hotel (meaning check-in is done virtually) and requests for supplies need to be made via LINE, but this all worked smoothly. Rooms ending with a 4 also had a view of the sky tower, which was great to see sparkling each night. Convenience store just around the corner and grocery a short 5 minute walk away. Only downside may be that it is a 10-15 minute walk to the subway, but we did walk to Ueno Zoo and Tokyo Museum on two days quite easily with small children. Several kids parks within 10 minutes walk. Would definitely consider staying again.

The cleanliness is terrible, I spent 30 minutes vacuuming the unit myself, and the carpet was still full of hair. If you want to spend your holiday to come clean their hotel, feel free to pick this hotel. However, the hotel is like an apartment, comes with everything you need, and all the equipment and tools are in good condition. The only problem is you have to clean it yourself.
