This hotel has good people and facilities and the location is central to Shinjuku but also quiet. The dining places around the hotel are also really good. My first choice for future visits.

What I liked about the property was how close by it is to the JR line which made it easy to get to the Keisei line to go back to Narita Airport. The rooms were always clean/tidied up. Hotel Receptionists were always welcoming. Had a nice view of Nishi-Shinjuku from our window since I stayed on the 8th floor. Definitely would pick this hotel again!!

Was a great spot to stay for exploring the Shinjuku area. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of food options, bars, shopping and convenience stores close by. The room was pretty small but it worked just fine.

Odd entrance as you have to walk luggage upstairs ot take a back door elevator, but overall the hotel is located in a decent place. Not much for amenities, but generally clean and friendly service. About an 8 min walk to stations.

The room and hotel in general was very nice and very clean. The room was pretty small but that is to be expected in Japan. Since there is so much to do in Japan we were only in our rooms to sleep. The hotel is a five minute walk from the subway station and is surrounded by many restaurants.

Short walk away from Shinjuku station. Use exit D5 for closest exit / entrance with the hotel. Food option is great. Though it is a street away from main busy road, it is a very quiet hotel, no need to worry about noise from road or surrounding. Front desk is helpful. They can help to arrange luggage delivery to next hotel or airport. Can skip the breakfast option at hotel, the food choice provided during our first day of stay (paid separately) was sad. There is convenient shops beside along main road.

This hotel was fantastic. We were in the country for the Tokyo Marathon. It was easy to access the transit lines. There are plenty of eating options around as well as a 7-11 and Food Mart very close. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant was also good.

Overall staying there is fine, semi double room for 1 person is big enough. The most dislike area is the main entrance and the lift entrance are two different location, which cause some inconveniences.

We originally booked a 4 nights stay at this hotel located off the alleyways in Shinjuku. Upon actually seeing the size of our hotel room, we changed our minds immediately, stayed for the night and immediately left the next morning. We canceled the rest of our stay and moved in to a hotel with 300 sq ft rooms. The room itself was so small and we found sheet stains in one of the beds. Seemed like they only did an eco cleaning for the next guests. The bathroom emitted sewer smell, which we thought was unusual for a hotel in Japan. I also noticed that their toilets weren’t by Toto, not that it matters, but you get the point, cheap quality, very small room hotel for $182/night in Shinjuku. It didn’t really make any sense. We couldn’t sleep being in there and so we left. We just felt claustrophobic and grossed out.
