As a solo traveller, this place is super comfortable and easy for transporting to other areas. The hotel is pretty near to JR otsuka with 5 mins walk, but, from JR Otsoka to hotel, it's quite tired walking with luggages because of small hills. There are 2 Lawsons at the left and right side blocks. Quite at night, even it's close to the train trails.

The public bath has three types of bathtubs and is open from evening to late night and morning, so you can use it according to your preference.We look forward to see you again.

2nd time this trip I stayed here. Again, the staff was lovely, the room was small but nicely laid-out, the bathroom was a tad cramped, and I like the Otsuka eki area. There's a Lawsons and a Family Mart within a minute or so on either side of the hotel, and a 7-11 on the other side of the station, where there's also a Macdonalds with self-order and a Starbucks. And probably some actual Japanese places to eat, but I've yet to work up the nerve to go into those. (^^; I did buy a fan (the electric kind) from Picasso (a Don Quixote production, apparently) earlier today, if that's worth anything. That fan is currently plugged in (to USB-C) and is blowing at my face while I use my laptop in a capsule hotel...but we'll save that review for another review. *thumbs up*

The hotel staff were great and accommodating with support for English speakers. The rooms while small are entirely functional and have everything you need. The location is great. Three minute walk to the yamanote line. Would definitely stay again

The staff were very helpful, rooms are small but they do have space under the bed to show luggage. Super clean and cozy.

Only around less than 5 mins walk from train station. Room is really tiny as usual in Japan.

A surprisingly nice little room, considering how little I paid for it. (Emphasis on the "little," though.)
If I had one complaint about the room, it's that I had a great view of the building next door -- and not much else -- from my window. (And they would have had a great view of me, if I hadn't kept the curtains drawn while I was there.)
