Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should."

"This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

"We stayed for a night before our cruise and this place was perfect. The little touches and thoughtfulness of the owners really makes it great. Things like having plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on and luggage stands in the bedrooms just make your stay easier. "Our family spent 2 weeks here. The location is perfect. We spent our days going from the beach to the pool and back again. The neighbors are wonderful and we met so many great people. Our only issue was the AC stopped working during the second week. We spent 4 nights without it, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The owner did have a window unit installed, and was willing to give us a partial refund for those 4 nights. If it were not for that inconvenience, we would have given our stay 5...

"We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."
