"Wonderful hotel, beautifully appointed with a superb staff. Walkable to everything. Michael Karaduzovic their welcome ambassador was tremendous and made this a great visit."
"A beautiful and historic hotel over 100 years old - renovated in a sophisticated European style - managed by gracious, personable and attentive staff."
"Very nice and clean room. Convenient location. Good service from front desk. Lobby restaurant a little crowded and room service replenishment uneven from day to day. Overall a very nice stay !"
"Loved this hotel. Cool design. Staff was lovely and helpful. Nice boutique hotel. 24-hour coffee, tea and water in the lobby was a nice touch. Free continental breakfast was a bonus. Would stay again."
"Terrific location. Steps away from Time Square. Easy access to Broadway, walkable to Central Park and other attractions. Deli next door has great food, and Conolly’s is a great little pub.
Hotel is older with alot of charm. Rooms are small. Beds ok. It was pretty warm in our room but we made due.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat for location alone!"

"Felt very safe and staff is quick and reliable. 3rd time here since Sept and this is my go to hotel. Great place, great staff, and walking distance to many good places. Def recommend it for anyone. May need ice machines for guests that’s about it. I like my drinks with ice just saying. "

"Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel is a bit dated, however, is a superb location if you want easy Subway/Rail and Bus options for exploring. Very close to Times Square, however, quiet considering. Lots of tourist and activities within walking distance. A good place to stay for seeing a Broadway show"
"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."
