"Nice and clean "

"We stayed for a weekend. It was not perfect, but clean enough. Close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Has a small older condo feel to it. We didn’t go into the new building that sits between the two older ones. I would return. I like having the kitchenette, separate bedroom, great view of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk."

"This house was overall a nice place but there was something’s that did stand out to us that people should know before booking here. Most of the beds are rock hard, could have been cleaner, game room is every hot it has no ac, water gets very cold if multiple people are showering, the lower room does not get as cold as the rest of the house so if you get hot at night this will not be good for you. Also all the names of my guest were not given to the front gate so that was an inconvenience for us....

"Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone!"

"We used this property for a group trip to Orlando, particularly visiting Universal, and it was perfect for our needs! The kids (17-18yr) enjoyed the pool and hot tub and swam nearly non-stop. They also enjoyed using the theater room quite a bit. The house was clean and in good condition. Bedrooms are comfortable and adequate for varying rooming needs. The location is at the end of a neighborhood/cul-de-sac which adds some extra privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and felt secure. Check-in...
