From Pietro, our concierge, who knew the area like the back of his hand and was able to make fantastic recommendations for dining and helping us navigate around the property, to Julian our valet, Edmond our bellman, and the pool attendant (whose name on his tag I regrettably did not catch), we were given white-gloved service EVERYWHERE in the hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean and fresh, the pool was enormous, and beach was literally right over the hill, with Loews staff ready to make up fresh lounge chairs and bring whatever drinks and refreshments you could desire. The price tag was definitely a splurge, but if you want to be treated like royalty, you couldn't make a better choice than to stay in this magnificent palace in Sobe, easily the most opulent hotel on the beach!!"
