"Delightful to find a home as advertised. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the location to concerts and restaurants. Items for consideration: Front door curtain, 1st floor Bath blind, Full length mirror, and BR Closet availability. Change door knob/lock powder room. It provided for funtimes using the key. LOL Check batteries, remote for family room needed AAAs, purchased and solved problem. Would definitely rent again 2024. Great time!!!"

"The house is just beautiful. Very clean. If you needed it they supplied it. Towels, toilet paper, paper towels, bed linens, soap etc.. Kitchen had all new appliances, was fully stocked with all silverware, glasses, plates, cooking pans and mugs, I cannot name it all but as stated above, if you can think of it they have supplied it for your stay. "We were very pleased with everything. The tri-level gives the unit a larger feel and layout with laundry room at entrance helps keep bringing back sand from beach into condo. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. Lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. The laundry room had a nice beach cart and there are several Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs. Every room has a Roku TV. It's about a 20 min walk to beach but being right on Rehoboth Ave, makes the walk fun. We thought we would often...
