“We had a bad experience with check-in. Our room smelled like smoke. When we asked to change it, we were told no. They offered to spray and ionize the room. The cleaning staff later shared the ionizers were broken and were on order. The manager lied to us about that part. He was also very sexist in his references to the "cleaning women" and "House men". The first room I was given smelled so strongly of ammonia that I couldn’t use it. The second room smelled like industrial cleaner and gave me a headache. The bathtub had a loud consistent drip.
