"By far the view of the Tower Bridge and the water are the highlights of this hotel. The lobby area and restaurant is very nice. The rooms are quite outdated and could really use some care. Carpet was dirty in some areas and overall the room was dusty. I only stayed one night so I just dealt with it, but the hotel should really address this. The view of the Tower Bridge from my room though was remarkable and made the stay worth it."

"Their 2 elevators were insufficient for the number of rooms in the hotel. Very limited food available. The bar manager Ari made us feel very comfortable and enjoyed his stories!"

"Check in at Thistle Trafalgar Square was quick and easy, they were pleasant and held our bags until the room was ready. The surrounding area and location were amazing with access to public transit and several areas were walkable. Unfortunately, upon arriving back at the hotel and checking into our room there was an issue which the hotel staff was quick to remedy. Rose at the front desk was amazing and very helpful.
