“I grew up in Springville, and consider it my hometown. This year, I wanted to take my son to the annual rodeo along with my husband and in-laws to show them just how beautiful Springville is. We decided to book this guest house, and let me tell you, it was absolutely 5-stars. The owners were very sweet and made sure our stay was fantastic. “Positives: nice size, two bathrooms, working stove, laundry, TV, internet, beds “available”. Easy check in (code lock, but anyone can access the backyard so make sure you lock the back door, no side gate/lock) Cons: DIRTY. Including dusty cobwebs. (Was told they deep clean after each stay…) I have pictures, but no way to upload. Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. Huge hole in pillow. Super flat pillows, stains on……

“We loved the house. Plenty of beds + roll out bed in closet (we didn't use it, so unsure how it sleeps). But the house is so clean & well decorated. The views are great. We fell in love with the house & the mini-market just down the hill. I loved the back-rollers, the yoga gear, and LOVED the sauna. The sauna holds 2, and wad perfect on a winter afternoon after hiking. I hope this house stays on VRBO longer. You're gonna love it.”

“Wow! What a gem! The house is spacious and always a fresh scent.Our dog was in heaven with the huge fenced in yard. Horses behind backyard fence. The decks on either side are great. Close to town. Amazingly clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this jewel.”

“I loved how close everything is to this location. My fiance and I had a wonderful time. Very quiet safe and we had everything we needed here. Would definitely stay again. Five stars for sure. ”
