"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted kindly. Desk attendant had great energy and was so helpful with all our questions. The hotel lobby is well lit and cared for, it even smells freshly cleaned which was very nice. There were plenty of luggage trolleys to take pur luggage to our room. The elevator and room hallways were very well lit and very clean. Again that just cleaned smell. Loved that. Our room was spacious, well cleaned and smelled fresh. No smoke odor or musty odors at all. Decor...

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
