"The property is a 3 min walk to the gondola and is close to everything in town. Has a great hot tub and had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was plastic wrap and foil if you are cooking and laundry detergent. The place is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

"Appreciated the welcome basket and thoughtful toiletries in the bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked and laundry and dishwasher pods were all available. Check in was super easy. The beds were extremely comfortable. Temperature was easy to regulate. Listing was very accurate. Property manager was very responsive. Location and view of mountain were great!"

"Our unit was very comfortable and well suited to our needs. It was very well equipped. The location was great - a short walk to town, and the trail along the San Miguel River was steps away. Access to the Bear Creek trail was also close - about a 5 min walk. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this unit."

It was a short walk to gondola and all the shops and restaurants. We went for the Blue and Brews Music Festival and the condo was right on the shuttle route. A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location. The staff was always available and accommodating and the cleaning service was top notch! The only issue we had was the continuous plugging of the toilets and broken bathtub water faucet handle.
