“This is a great place in a great neighborhood! We booked this for a week long trip of sightseeing in New York for 2 couples and our youngest son. It was easy getting on and off the island by bus and we figured out the subway system pretty easy. The place is beautiful and served us well for everything we needed. We did debate on renting a car but for going to New York City it seemed like more of a liability than an asset. The bus is 2 blocks away and it takes you straight to Times Square/port……

La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.”

“We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief. Food platters from Costco were easily arranged and the weather was perfect. It was so……

“The house is in a great location in New Rochelle, near to a train station to commute to the city and for family coming in on Amtrak from Boston. The main floor of the house is cozy with a lovely kitchen and lots of seating space. Bedrooms were a nice size and we all felt the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was really nice, too. Owner was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process.”

This was our first time traveling with my 6 month old and I was a bit anxious but the place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Carmel brought over a high chair for us, and some crib sheets, which was very thoughtful. We initially debated staying in the city but this was by far the better choice! You can’t get anything like this in the 5 boroughs (and this was literally a hop, skip and jump from the Bronx anyway). Would……

“The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great.”

We loved how everything was wrapped. Such as the towels and the kitchenette supplies. It was also great that we had internet and TV. “Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.”
