COMMENT: communication with VACASA that manages this property is horrible. We paid for pool heat which was heated when we arrived. The attached hot tub was ice cold. When we contacted VACASA we spoke with 4 different agents and were told anything from "the hot tub was not a listed amenity" to "you paid for pool heat, not hot tub...

"Very nice property in a good location for Saguaro National Monument and other hiking trails. Property is near grocery and other stores yet you would never know you are so close to businesses because of its country setting. So peaceful and quiet. It has a nice outside area to sit and relax. "Las Casitas at Sabino Springs has been our go to whenever we are in Tucson for the last few years. We have a family of five and the two bedroom condo is perfect. It is always immaculately clean and has all the necessary appliances. "

"The location is great, very quiet cul de sac in the foothills. The pool is great and very private. The house was clean and ready early. Very nice place, would stay here again. The outside seating and patio area was not cleaned. The outdoor furniture cushions were very dirty, probably as a result of dogs. A lot of guest comments said their dogs loved that area. The trash can in the garage appeared to not have been emptied for quite some time as a result when we left it was over filled, and...

"We had a great time with a few issues. The temperature was controlled, remotely so we, being seniors about froze half of the time. There was not enough toilet paper and paper towel, we had to go buy some. It would have been nice to include the heating of the jacuzzi in the overall price. Other than these issues, we had a great time. It would have been nice to communicate by phone with questions while staying there....Thank you"

"We stayed a week in this lovely home to visit our daughter and get in some hiking in Saguaro National park. We brought 3 elderly mothers/stepmothers along and this house was perfect for the five of us! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, nice outside reading areas, 10-minute drive to SNP, and seating for everyone to do chair yoga or eat dinner :). We even spent some time watching a hummingbird building/defending his nest! (The birds keep checking the feeders - we wish we would have had some sugar...
