“Perfect location for skiing/snowboarding. Very comfortable, well appointed condo with beautiful view of the lake. The fireplace was an added bonus!”

“What a beautiful, clean, well appointed, home. Decorated very nicely. When you walk in the door, the view blows you away. The location is great, within walking distance to Boulder View Tavern (yum!!), and very close to Big Boulder Ski Resort. You can see the slopes from the living room. About a 15-20 minute drive to Jack Frost. There is a nice walking path around the community. Bedrooms- very comfortable! The primary bedroom has a king bed that was very comfortable, television, and full bath.……

“Host was unavailable for three hours for help with check in. She responded once security and management involved. The information was sent outside of the Vrbo app and not from anything associated with Vrbo. This is fine but it was not communicated. The host number listed on app was not a working number. The lake was being drained and I was also informed after arrival and management involved. I welcome the host reaching out to me to try to make the situation right but I again have not heard from……

There were bottles under the beds, open cookies in the drawers of the nightstands, and copious amounts of hair (all parts of the body, if you can use your imagination) all over the house and especially in the bathroom. Neither shower was usable. “My family spent a great weekend staying at David’s condo. The place was IMMACULATELY clean, well stocked with essentials, cleaning supplies and even coffee. David was super attentive to all our questions and needs. The condo is a close walk to the slopes which was great - we could go home for lunch or breaks and get right back on the slopes afterwards. “When we walked to the owner's property on the 3rd floor in the evening with our heavy items, including groceries for dinner and water, we found the baggage of others and the TV turned on. We asked the owner about the situation, and she said she got double booked because of some errors by Vrbo. “This house was a perfect place for large family gathering. Minutes away from skiing. The house was very clean, perfectly themed, and multiple levels allowed everyone to enjoy their stay without feeling overcrowded. Our teens/children enjoyed the game room/lower level, and adults loved spending time by the fire and gathering around the kitchen. The one negative was we were not able to enjoy the hot tub. It had not been cleaned and was filled with algae. Other than that, we look forward renting……
