"Have been lucky enough to stay at most of the hotels in the Tumon strip. This was the nicest and most accommodating one yet. I don’t think too many places can compare, great experience and prices as well. "

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly. "
