The property itself seems very nice though we did not have the time to take a look. The room however needs major upgrades. We got a two bedroom/ two bathroom with kitchenette. The first room was a mess, the door was painted in place and would not slide as it was a pocket door. The bathroom sink had no filter so it splashed water everywhere. And the shower head barely worked. As well as the dead bugs found in almost every corner of the room. The second room however was much better. Not perfect but definitely better! Overall the rooms need major improvements to be livable in my opinion, I’ve stayed at motels that were nicer. The front desk staff were very kind however the mandatory valet service was not so nice. Kept forgetting our car which seemed intentionally? They definitely seemed as though they were only interested in getting the cars for the people who looked like they had money. My husband and I are younger but we didn’t expect to be looked down upon for our age as we paid and tipped to stay at this resort just like everyone else. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately it just wasn’t worth the money nor hassle.

Layout of complex was difficult. Entrance was about 2 miles from resort area and could only do valet parking which made it inconvenient to go in and out. Limited restaurants(1) and no convenience stores on site. Valet service slow for multiple departure of cars. Fair at best.

My door was rusted shut, it was outdated, mandatory valet but I was told to retrieve my own car and park it myself as well. My car is standard and the only driver stalled trying to drive it it felt unsafe. Pool games were closed early. No refrigerator in my so called suite. I asked them to change a lightbulb and my remote batteries when we first arrived and they gave me attitude about it. The broken lightbulb they needs help removing (yes 2 men to remove a light bulb) and yet they left broken pieces on the counter below. Non diligent. I did not want to be there after 5 minutes of checking in. Not what I expected. Stained rug mildew looking areas.

Difficult and uncomfortable to transport in the resort. Plus they charge a thirty dollar fee daily to keep your car there but you can’t use it to get around.

Stayed at a golf course resort. Course was in horrible condition, they made us valet park then charged us $30/day. Car was far away and had no means of transportation other they having their bell hop transfer us by golf cart and a tip was expected every trip. Check in people were not friendly at all. Our room smelled very musty. Will never stay here again.

When Booked had a king bed when arrived they said they had none but we would have a queen ok whatever get into the room and its a two full beds unacceptable went up no manager at the time ask them to call that was Friday night still waiting. I want some money back the place was awful stay. Room was dirty and had no remote or phone crazy never will stay there again.

Liked the swimming pools and the large number of sun chairs available. Staff are very friendly. Service to bring what you require to your units was quick and very friendly personnel. Had a small problem with our toilet. Called for service and they attended immediately and repaired the issue. Valet personnel are super friendly and very hard working. The bell service personnel are also very friendly and hard working. Will definitely return next year!

Very dated annd dark inside - furnishings, decor, kitchen (rust stains on shelves in fridge and on outside). Mold on door frame from bedroom to kitchen. Too few outlets for charging laptops, iPhone. Valet service is mandatory (golf cart only resort) and it was terrible, disorganized and lack of communication among staff. For example, I had a late check in and needed to leave early the following morning. I advised the valet and he told me he’d leave the car in the registration area and to let the valet know in the morning. Before heading back to the valet, before leaving my room, I made the request that I would be needing the car. When I arrived, I was told the car was parked in the parking lot and I had to wait. Similarly, on the morning of checkout, I returned from eating breakfast locally off site. When I dropped off the car with the valet, I advised him I’d be checking out in less than 1.5 hours and if he could leave the car at the registration area. With 4 luggage in tow, and on leaving my room, I also texted the valet number to request the car be ready. The valet said they parked the car again and I would have to wait… I waited 30 minutes. But beautiful, expansive, sprawling grounds and walkways, lovely pool area with 10’ depth on one end.

Pros 1. Grounds are BEAUTIFUL! 2. Amenities outside of your room are great (pool, etc) CONS 1. OVERPRICED ROOMS!!! We had a 1 bd suite - mold in the bathroom; kitchen fridge rusty; kitchen floor had cracks. Called maintenance - they never came. 2. Furniture is DATED! This is not “vintage” - it’s OLD and needs to be updated, badly. 3. Parking is a DISASTER! - You have no other option but to pay $30 for valet. However - it’s took over 45 minutes for them to bring my car around and we ended up being late for the event we were in town for. - there is not enough staff - the “complimentary” golf carts to get you to your room hardly had anyone available to run them. When we finally got someone - she was VERY NICE - yet we could tell the poor lady was STRESSED! 4. If you call the front desk or concierge, good luck getting anyone. It either rings forever OR goes to voicemail. The only line that works and is promptly answered is the reservation line - which I found out is answered by an outside 3rd party company not even on the property. This is my 2nd time at this property and I truly think it may be my last without some serious upgrades and management improvements.

Enjoyed our stay. We found that the rooms are out dated, there was no mini fridge in the room so no cool drinks unless you buy from the resort. Did not expect to be forced to pay 30 dollars a day for valet parking. Another hidden fee is the resort fee of 28.00 a day. Place was probably really nice in the 80s.

Upon checking into room 232. There was a roach on the floor. A random tv entertainment center in the hallway. it was out of the way, but just random and weird! Ran a bath for my infant and black water came out with black specs in it. Went to quickly drain it and the drain spout wouldn’t stay up on its own so I had to find a random item to keep the drain open. Was visiting my sister and once we got back late and went to bed, we woke up in the morning to find blood on sheets where the pillow layed so we didn’t see it until next morning after we moved pillows in the to make bed. Had early plans at sisters the next morning and got back to room late (7pm) to see that room still hasn’t been clean , same bloody sheet on bed so decided to just head home! Called front desk as my husband was clearing room with our belongings to let them know we were Checking out due to no housekeeping and wouldn’t be able to give my infant a bath and she said to me don’t expect to get a refund, you are passed late check out.

It’s funny because the called the place … Resort… they charge 30 dollars for a valet parking and you have to park your car and pick it up yourself There no phone in the room They say you can call the front desk so we can get picked up by the shuttle but we called and no one came to pick us up, which then we had to walk all the way to the front and like that for the rest of our stay. There was a weird stench in the room. They charge 28 dollars for resort fee. Very disappointed.

Wouldn’t book again on Expedia there’s a $120 fee due at the resort . Wrong it’s $400 plus 28$ resort fees daily if you have a car you expected to pay $30 a day for your car plus tips everytime u ask for ur car .. nothing was open but the restaurant in the hotel the spa was closed the steakhouse closed nothing to do very boring hardly saw people place was semi empty few golfers this place is good for a golfer that is it once you leave the resort everything around closes at 9-10 super early spent most of my trip out of the resort.. the only thing I will say is that the resort is very pretty outside rooms need renovations .

This place is gorgeous and if you’re a golfer, tennis person or just want the sun and pool it’s perfect. The kitchen in the suite made it easy to cook for myself. There is restaurants and a bar poolside! Not a place for going to see the city, more of an escape from the city. Valet is $30 a day, as a side note I wasn’t aware of.

Rooms were very old looking golf carts were speading on the walk ways. Had to pay 30 a day for valet plus tax! Resort fees plus tax! Very disappointed. And I paid for pool view room and did not get what I paid for!

There is a $30 per day MANDATORY valet fee we were surprised by on check-in and in check-out we learned of the $28 per day resort fee. The rooms are dated but clean enough. Why not include the extra charges in the price to begin with rather than surprising people with them. Very upsetting.

Loved the facility the tennis courts, pickle ball courts and the pool were great. Valet park is a pain and i don't need to pay the additional cost. Room was ok, needed to be cleaned. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked. Other than room being dated and valet parking everything was great

Nice resort, but it is valet only which is not described in Expedia. Because it is a golf resort the valet service is often busy and takes time to get your vehicle. The property is lovely though.

The location of the property is beautiful. The Front Desk staff were great. Inwas even able to check in early. The rooms are a bit dated and the walls are extremely paper thin. There didnt appear to be any sound proofing or insulation anywhere in the walls. I could hear every word of the gentlemen next door conversation. I wish they would have specifically stated VALET ONLY in the parking description instead of "parking available". A tad misleading. The valet option was fine however the service wasnt great. They offer a "text when ready" option for your car. I used it twice and each time they had no record of my text and we were left with long wait times for our car. Overall its a beautiful location, lots to do. I suggest maybe updating the rooms.
