I was so impressed with the staff at this hotel. From the front desk to the pool attendants everyone was so kind and helpful. If only everyone took pride in their jobs the way they did the world would be a better place. Thank you so much for making our short vacation amazing!!

Too many charges and internet sucks. Why charge a $30 resort fee per day when conference attendees eat for free at conference. Why can’t resort fee be applied to room service. It’s a scam rip off and unfair to Marriott reward point holders. So much a JW Marriott being the crème de la crème. I will think twice reserving a JW again. Conference hotel or not.
