This beautiful and unique tiny house is located in Midtown Tampa within walking distance to Raymond James and New York Yankees Spring Training Stadium. Three minutes away from I-4 and 5 minutes from Riverwalk, Armateur Works, UT, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, SOHO, Tampa Int. Airport, International Plaza and the best restaurants in town. It comfortably accommodates up to threepeople. This gorgeous hideaway is ideal for study, business and leisure trips. Every detail is well-thought for you. The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box self (check-in).This property is available for long term stays. We offer a discount of 20% per week or 20% per month.

Cute little tiny house, just what we were looking for. However the listing shows Raymond James Stadium as the location and says it's a 1-minute, 0.1-mile walk. Our vacation included going to the stadium for an event, and in actuality it's one mile away and around a 20-minute walk, so being misled there was pretty frustrating. But other than that the stay was great, easy, straightforward and the apartment was cute and exactly as presented.

Great Location! The house was equipped with everything you need. Great place to stay. We attended the Saints / Buccaneer's game and the location was perfect distance from the stadium. The host is very responsive, Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the tiny house. We went to a football game and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the stadium. The house is so cute and clean. It has its own entrance and gate and the cutest deck. It was so nice to bring our 2 little dogs. They loved being able to roam around the yard. We will definitely stay at the tiny house anytime we visit Tampa!

This "tiny house" is basically a storage building in the back of the property that has been converted into a small living space. There is a staircase that is awkward to climb that leads to a loft were the bedroom is. The loft has a low ceiling that even a person of average height must hunch over to get around. There is not a comfortable place to sit anywhere. If there were a comfortable chair, there would not be room for it. On the plus side, the place is modern. and the neighborhood is decent.

Rented for a football game. Clean, close to everything. Walk to Raymond James which is about a mile away. If you lazy on way back and uber ride is about 20 bucks. Host was top notch and I will be reserving again. Great weekend for my Son and I

This is a quiet neighborhood and walkable of you don't feel like driving. You have your own private entrance and driveway for parking. The property is very clean and has everything you should need for your stay. We were in town for a couple of concerts, but also did quite a bit of sightseeing. You really are pretty close to everything here. When I had questions, I sent my message through the app and was responded to very quickly.

Very nice place, clean and all the needed necessities. It has its own entrance and yard for privacy. We were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium and it is very close (about a mile) and we walked. Safe neighborhood. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect property for going to events! I rented it for night one of Taylor Swift and it’s only about a mile walk to the stadium. Very cute and clean!

First solo vacation, super convenient.
This was my first vacation by myself and this was the perfect place for my stay while I visited a friend and explored the area. Very convenient location was able to get around to different parts of Tampa very easily and quickly, places like armature works, channel side, and Hyde park. Communication was easy and quick responses from the hosts. The listing was very accurate with what it shows in the pictures, very nice "tiny house" bathroom was actually larger than I anticipated. I'm just over 6ft tall so it was a bit difficult to get from the top of the steps to the bed, but it wasn't a problem. I spent most of my time away from the property but it was a nice place to come back to and chill in-between exploring the amazing Tampa area. Only negative I have is what others have said in their reviews, the bed isn't the most comfortable, but I did sleep well each night I was there. All in all I will most definitely be staying here in the future if it's available the next time I travel down. Going to make Tampa my permanent vacation spot. Thanks to the hosts for making my trip amazing and providing such a great and convenient location.
