"The property is well maintained and since it was the off-season, it was very quiet. It's not the Ritz, but it is clean and no offensive odors. The continental breakfast was served daily and it was freshly prepared and sufficient. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. Be aware - there is a $100.00 damage deposit that is not mentioned on Expedia's website. Also, there is a $20.00 per night fee for pets that is not mentioned on Expedia's website."
