We've stayed there twice before, and it was nice. But this time the experience was bad. The room felt damp and smelled bad. The carpet looks dirty, and it's uncomfortable to sleep.

Room was nice and clean except for mould on bottom of shower curtain and terrible smell of cigarettes. It had a shared balcony and I think guests use it to smoke. Air con not working. Very noisy at night as on busy road but we knew that before staying and didn’t really bother us. No parking which we knew prior but street parking is almost impossible to find. We used the nearby Westfield car park for free parking after 6pm and then moved our car later in evening to outside of hotel (2hr parking after 8:30am) which gave us until 10:30am to get out and about again for the day. Short walk to Westfield shopping centre which is convenient.

Hurstville’s cute Treasure
This cute little hotel is a hidden Treasure in heart of Hurstville. Next door is Westfield and the train station and so many other shops to visit. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very polite and helpful with very friendly approach to the visitors. I am highly impressed and definitely will visit again as valued customer.

Great hotel. Beautifully renovated accommodation. So convenient in good location. Very friendly staff. Bistro has a great menu at affordable prices and a great beer garden area with huge TV screens for sport lovers. Westfield Hurstville 2 min. walk for shoppers. No parking onsite but we found it easy to park on the street.Highly recommend

My stay was good, but i did report a broken shower, as in the hands-free bracket was broken. I reported it on Friday midday and still not fixed by the time i left on Tuesday morning. I put electrical tape on it to hold the shower head. There was no communication at all after the time i told the staff about the problem.

Handy to train & bus services but the room wasn't very clean & it wasn't serviced during the time (two nights) I stayed there. I didn't require clean towels or linen but it would have been good to have the bins emptied at least, if not the bed made.

The early check-in was very nice however the room wasn't very clean (visible mold and dust). The room was also pretty noisy with an almost permanent static noise. The window has no real blinds and you couldn't really open it or anything. Other than the room was fairly big and comfortable.

Second time stay!
This was my second time- my first time was quite good. However this time, the smoke from downstairs/outside came in my room though l closed the windows I could still smell. Secondly the bathroom had a sewerage smell. Most likely from the from drain pipes but perhaps the ventilator? Got pretty horrible. Sadly these 2 things made my stay not great this time around. The bed and bed sheets were very clean and comfy though. Wifi some reason wasn’t so strong on some area in room.

After checking 2 hours AFTER we could check in and travelling for over 7 hours with 2 children, we found our room had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. So I went back to check in and was told they would clean it there and then, but I refused as I didn’t want to wait any longer. We got put into another room which was only a double bed and queen bed, with no balcony after paying for a room with 2 queen beds AND a balcony. We didn’t get any compensation, barely an apology and I was made to feel like it was my fault. Even a gift card or a free night would’ve helped alleviate my frustrations.
