Hi Brent, Thank you for your review. yes It was frustrating that the air con in your room was not quite up to scratch. We to were extremely frustrated because being Christmas-New Year no technicians could come to install the new one we had purchased It was installed the day after yr. stay. You must have forgotten we were the ones that called you on the day as a courtesy to give you a 50 discount and give you the opportunity to find other accommodation. You gladly accepted the discount and still chose to stay in the room. Fire regulations do not allow us to have open windows in that room, however from our consistent excellent reviews you can see people love staying with us. Yours is a once of case. and as you know we were not able to take payment from your card for the balance on the room. We are happy you had a free night on us. The technician who installed the aircon unit checked our other units in the rooms and we couldn't find any rust you mentioned, they all are quite up to date units and functioning perfectly. It would have been good if you could have seen us before leaving and reported your issues but you left without checking out. We are glad it allowed us to check and service all the issues you mentioned. People enjoy our personal caring and family atmosphere. We know from comments we receive that guests love it here. we take seriously genuine constructive reviews. we look forward to you staying with us in future. Tom Manager

Parking is on the road in front of the motel. Normally (but not always) parking is within 20 or 30 meters.

Oh Sorry took so long to reply, You must have been here in winter. Our aircons have been serviced and one replaced, but we welcome you putting the heater on full. In addition you may not have been informed that in the cupboard is a fan heater usually people use it in bathroom or main room to add additional heat. Our entry doors are always open we never have issues with crime or intruders. this is a testimony to why guests love staying here, the friendly, safe, peaceful, atmosphere people love staying with us. There is usually plenty of close parking near the motel and cars are very safe here. Thanks for yr review hope we see you back again. Regards Tom.

Thank you for yr. review. we are new managers, all yr. comments were valid. we have taken care of all issues and our rooms are thoroughly clean and neat. We have fixed the mould problem and are using a special product which is natural and no chemical low allergy to prevent allergic mould and other concerns.. We take those things very seriously and want immaculate rooms with top quality facilities.
