"On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room.
After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO:
1. No refund.
2. We paid for two rooms and got only one.
3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us.
4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."
