The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Cons: If you like old Vegas, then maybe you would like The Granite Town Hotel. The hotel is very dated and old. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The pet friendly room we stayed in had rust running down the side of the tub. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was coming down. The mattress was very hard. The furniture was old and dingy. The table in the suite was very marked up and stained. The heater/air conditioning unit had to be off at night because it rattled so loud you wouldn’t be able to be sleep. The price per night was high considering the condition and amenities of the hotel. I found charging $25 a night per dog excessive. I would have been happy to put down a damage deposit.

In Saint John this might be one of the better choices. This hotel was good not great. With many of the little things missing. Staff were amazing. And it seems like the place was recently renovated, interesting parking lot patio. And tight parking lot

This was a really nice , large room. There was a lot of construction going on around the property . Sleep was a little disturbed by motorcycle noise on an adjacent road. The front desk staff were all very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very well done. All and all the hotel did a fine job.
