"This home is your classic old school beach cottage with a picture-perfect oceanfront location on Sullivans Island. The home has absolutely everything you need for a great beach vacation. The beach and ocean are the main attraction, but having a pool and hot tub to come back to in the afternoon/evening is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen, laundry room, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. And the beds/linens were super comfortable....

"We picked this listing because of the location on the island. It’s the perfect walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The property itself felt neglected. Furnishings are tired - chairs on the covered porch were falling apart. We had to move beds in order to plug in lamps that had been unplugged. The kitchen felt dingy and the crazy assortment of dishes felt like they were collected from Goodwill. A mat covered the drain in the primary bath (the only renovated room) where tiles were...
