Beautiful scenery. Lots of deer. We took hikes in the late afternoons along the path. Sad and read a lot. Such a peaceful place. And very affordable, clean with ever wr needed. Definitely recommend"

"We chose this property because of its proximity to the Duck Pond area where our son lives. The kitchen is very small, but it was adequate, since we had Thanksgiving dinner at our son’s house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with many historic homes, but close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants, etc."

"This is a great property that is conveniently located. It was great to have a spot of our own while visiting family. If you are cold natured, bring a blanket and they don’t provide dish towels (but have plenty of extra bath hand towels). We didn’t use the communities amenities but they looked really nice. The community is very peaceful. "

"We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!"

"The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined....

"This house is JUST RIGHT!! It is ultra clean and tidy - it's a great size, the beach area is perfect for smaller kids and the dock is little slice of heaven. These owners do a fantastic job of keeping the property in a great shape. It is so welcoming and we never wanted to leave."
