"What an amazing weekend at this cozy little cabin! The cabin was so clean and well appointed with anything you might need. The bed was super comfy with the perfect bedding to make it so cozy. Loved listening to the frogs at night! The location was perfect with everything within 15 minutes away including the grocery store, restaurants, ORV park, Overlook Golf Course, Big Lake and more!!! We can’t wait to come back for another visit!"

"My boyfriend and I found this unique space a PERFECT abode for us! It was incredibly well kept, spacious and had a sweet outdoor area to enjoy the local wildlife. "The property's best feature is the amazing view. The area is nice and the house had lots of books, lamps, kitchen supplies and things to make it comfortable. Vacasa is another story. Very difficult in their correspondence and an unusually early check out time of 10 am. When asking for check out at 11 am, I finally heard back and they offered 2 pm for an extra charge! Rip off. Never was connected to the hosts, just Vacasa reps."

"What a beautiful, thoughtfully constructed cabin! It had all the amenities you could want. Lots of great information about the area. We had thought it would be a little closer to the beach but the walk really wasn’t too bad. The road noise was a bit irritating when you hanging out outside but didn’t affect our sleep. "Pete's Place is in a beautiful and peaceful location nestled in the woods. We enjoyed the cabin and all it offered. The birds singing and coffee out on the deck was relaxing. It was close to the local lakes for fishing. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! Can hardly wait for the next opportunity to come back here."

"Back deck is beautiful with great view….however all furniture was covered with dust and pollen so we could not sit out and enjoy it. We had a comforter and two folded towels in bathroom covered with dog hair from previous guest. We just washed and used anyway. Despite those two small issues, we had a great time and the house was adorable, well supplied, and dog friendly. We would definitely stay there again!"

"A nice location for a visit that was far too short. We were concerned about the distance away from amenities, particularly on a spring weekday night, but were in pressed by the offerings from local QVC. Next time we will stay for more than one night!"

"We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The lake was beautiful, complete with a hot tub, finish sauna and a fire pit. A beautiful setting. We were able to have our dog with us. We all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together.
