"I do not like the resort fees when you aren't utilizing the space as a resort. I did not use the pool or spa. The room entertainment, DirectTV was horrible. Cheaper hotels have smart tvs where you can get Netflix. The HBO channel showed one thing in the Guide and when the movie played it was something totally different, one movie was in a foreign language, no captions. "We felt at home right away. The staff were kind, personable & helpful. Enjoyed the cucumber & lemon water at check in, and amazing view of the property from the check in area. The property was beautiful & well kept. We came right before hurricane hilary… the grounds were cleaned up the promptly in the following few days (leaves & pine needles). The landscaping staff were great. We came with 2 families, both rooms were just like the pictures, renovated & super clean, very spacious & good layout...
