"We rented this apartment for a girls weekend in London and it was wonderful! This apartment is very clean and spacious. It is right next to Paddington station and within walking distance of many places that tourists may want to visit. The landlord responded quickly to our questions and addressed the minor issues we had with the place (getting the AC to work). When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. "We really enjoyed our stay. We visited at the end of December and could not have asked for a better location - right in the heart of everything, close to several great transportation options and tube lines, and in the middle of a great shopping area. The host was responsive. The trip was easy."

"We had an awful experience with our stay. The description of this apartment is far from reality. We had to go up 4 flights with 8 luggages. The apartment was full of spiders, the bathrooms leaking water and extremely small, the bed for my daughter was hard and extremely uncomfortable she could not sleep, there were many lights not working, there was no plugs in the bathroom to do our hair. We left one full day earlier because of this inconvenience."
