We were here for four days, only one elevator worked so the wait time was long, WiFi was also down, so no online ordering, wait time was also ridiculously long. Ice maker on second floor was down.

This is fun, kid friendly resort! Our family loved the activities pool side and on the beach. We would definitely recommend this resort and would definitely consider returning in the near future.

Honestly, it was awful. Found a bug on the bed as soon as I walked into the room. We booked 2 rooms for $400 dollar each . One of the rooms was great the other one was a 4x4 double room no view. What a disappointment. I wanted to talk to Matt ( manager) but he was not available. Not coming again for sure.
