"Rooms are starting to get worn out already. Stayed here many times and the cleanliness and maintenance of the room has gone down a lot since the fall. Lots of scum in the shower, floors left with crumbs and hair all over the place. Definitely does not seem like it’s being kept up with like it was last year. "

"I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!"

"It had everything you would need. The host was very accommodating. Very comfortable and a great sleep. Only downside was water pressure in shower was a bit low but not a big deal"

"I really enjoyed staying on a boat. It is docked at a nice marina and stores & family restaurants are walking distance. I would have coffee on the strern every morning & had my own rooftop bar on the upper deck to watch the sun set."
