Wait time on car for check out. I called down 15 minutes before leaving the room. Got downstairs and was told it would be 15 minutes. We ended up late to our lunch reservation. No ice bucket in the room or trash can in bathroom. Room had a lot of space view was also nice

We had a nice stay but there is no closet in the room, no extra blanket and no way to make a hot tea for example. The sheets and covers on the bed were light and moving all over. Not comfortable! Nice staff!

It was a pleasant surprise. The tv had a welcome note on the screen which made me feel at home. Better than home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast during the week was better than my conference offered. I didn’t want to leave.

Perfectly nice inside, though a very basic room with only one chair and a tiny desk (and no coffee machine). Breakfasts were great, though, and staff were very pleasant. It's an old Shell corporate building, remodeled.

Beautiful hotel but trying to psrk is nearly impossible unless you're okay with vagrants sleeping on the sidewalks next to your car. Easier to just psy the $45 valet for the night which made your room cost more. Service was great and room was perfect. No places to eat nearby.

Nice hotel, convenient to a lot of things. Busch Stadium was a mile away same with the Arch. Massive lobby area with pool table, work stations and lounge areas.

Elevators were slow and sometimes out of service. Front desk helped me to understand how to request a refund from Expedia after the funds provided were insufficient and i needed to pay again at the front desk.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Transworld in St. Louis. Tucked away just a short walk from the Convention Center downtown, this hotel had easy access, room was clean and comfortable, and the check in/out process was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was good with our room and reservation. The breakfast area was not great they were out of syrup no forks no waffle mix no pancakes no napkins or cups for juice. The worker was walking around talking on his cell phone while all of this was going on. There was no sausage, the eggs were cold and no oatmeal my daughter went downstairs after I did about 30 min later and nothing had changed

Terrible. We’re on a college visit and after driving all the way to the hotel the told us they had sold our room out from under us and had nothing else and nowhere else to send us.

Property was average - breakfast was above par but the card for the lights is inconvenient and the parking situation is terrible. 45 bucks a day to valet w no other option is unacceptable
