When the people in front of me did not have to go through hoops like putting a card on file for incidentals and telling me I can be charged for disruptive behavior or anything else they he sees fit and having a series of invasive questions asked just because I did not resemble the 3 groups who people who checked in before me.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. There is absolutely no air circulation in the room. We had to turn on the air just to make it more comfortable.

First off, when we arrived we paid with cash and had to pay a deposit. When we left they would not return our deposit. Very disappointed with the way we were treated. Will not stay here ever again. Plus the floors were dirty in the room, the bathroom door was broke so it didn't shut all the way.

The top duvet of the bed was really dirty. When we asked for clean bedding to be put on our bed, we were just handed bedding. However, the bartender (Amber) next door was super friendly, helpful and extremely patient. It’s been a long time since I have seen a bartender with her skills.
